A natural, Japanese-inspired tea blend that helps burn belly fat, improve digestion, and reduce cravings.
Ingredients
Scale
1 tsp roasted green tea (Hōjicha)
1 tsp fermented Pu-erh tea
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
2 cups water
Optional Add-ins: Ginger, cinnamon stick, turmeric
Instructions
Boil water and let cool slightly (180°F).
Steep roasted and fermented teas for 3–5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and salt; stir.
Add optional ingredients if desired.
Strain and serve warm.
