Japanese Mounjaro Tea (Fat-Burning Morning Drink)

Description

A natural, Japanese-inspired tea blend that helps burn belly fat, improve digestion, and reduce cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp roasted green tea (Hōjicha)

  • 1 tsp fermented Pu-erh tea

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

  • 2 cups water
    Optional Add-ins: Ginger, cinnamon stick, turmeric


Instructions

  • Boil water and let cool slightly (180°F).

  • Steep roasted and fermented teas for 3–5 minutes.

  • Add lemon juice and salt; stir.

  • Add optional ingredients if desired.

  • Strain and serve warm.
