This quick and easy 4-ingredient drink is a refreshing way to start your day. Made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and warm water (with optional apple cider vinegar), it’s a natural way to support digestion, hydration, and reduce morning cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

  • 810 oz warm water (not hot)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)


Instructions

  • Warm your water slightly—just enough to dissolve salt (not boiling).

  • Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

  • Mix in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar if using.

  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably within 30 minutes of waking up.

  • Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast for best results.

Notes

You can leave out the apple cider vinegar for a milder taste.

Make ice cube versions by freezing the mix and adding to cold water.

Use filtered or spring water for best flavor and mineral absorption.
