This quick and easy 4-ingredient drink is a refreshing way to start your day. Made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and warm water (with optional apple cider vinegar), it’s a natural way to support digestion, hydration, and reduce morning cravings.
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
8–10 oz warm water (not hot)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Warm your water slightly—just enough to dissolve salt (not boiling).
Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Mix in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar if using.
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably within 30 minutes of waking up.
Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast for best results.
Notes
You can leave out the apple cider vinegar for a milder taste.
Make ice cube versions by freezing the mix and adding to cold water.
Use filtered or spring water for best flavor and mineral absorption.
