- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and coat with Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium heat; cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
