- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in almond flour, shredded coconut, and nuts until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper, shaping into rounds. Chill for 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer.
