Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs
  • 12 oz fresh green beans
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil 4–5 min per side until golden, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 1–2 min. Add green beans, toss in garlic butter, and sauté 3–4 min. Stir in lemon juice and Italian seasoning.
  3. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, cover for 2–3 min to finish cooking. Garnish with parsley and serve.
