- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 12 oz fresh green beans
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil 4–5 min per side until golden, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 1–2 min. Add green beans, toss in garlic butter, and sauté 3–4 min. Stir in lemon juice and Italian seasoning.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, cover for 2–3 min to finish cooking. Garnish with parsley and serve.
