  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 medium fresh jalapenos, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and softened cream cheese, mashing together until relatively smooth with a fork or potato masher.
  2. 2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning (if using) to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. 3. Fold in the diced chicken, ensuring each piece is coated with the creamy mixture.
  4. 4. Add crumbled beef bacon, diced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the bowl.
