Sweet, sticky, and spicy, these Mango Habanero Chicken Wings are easy to make and perfect for parties, game nights, or family dinners.

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1 small habanero pepper, minced (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- Optional garnish: cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
- Make the Mango Habanero Sauce :Blend mango, habanero, garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Simmer 5–7 minutes over medium heat.
- Cook the Wings : Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer. Cook wings 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Coat Wings with Sauce :Toss wings in the warm mango habanero sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately with garnish if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days
- Freeze wings up to 2 months; thaw and reheat before serving
- Adjust habanero for milder or spicier wings
