- 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus
- 1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 cup ice (if serving iced)
Instructions
- Bring water to a simmer.
- Add dried hibiscus and steep for 8–10 minutes.
- Blend mango until smooth.
- Strain hibiscus tea and combine with mango puree.
- Sweeten if desired.
- Serve warm or pour over ice.
