Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker or cookie crumbs (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and allow to cool slightly. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, then fold in chocolate gently.
