- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup graham cracker or cookie crumbs (optional)
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional topping)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and allow to cool slightly. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, then fold in chocolate gently.
- Layer mousse and raspberries in dessert cups, optionally adding a layer of cookie crumbs. Repeat layers to fill cups.
- Chill for 2–3 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or whipped cream before serving.
