Description

Soft, sweet Milk Snowballs made with milk, sugar, and simple pantry ingredients. Perfect as a snack, dessert, or holiday treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine milk, sugar, and butter. Stir until fully blended. Gradually add flour while stirring until the mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly, then scoop and roll into small balls. Coat each Milk Snowball in shredded coconut or your preferred coating.
  3. Place Milk Snowballs on a lined tray and allow to set at room temperature. Serve once firm, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
