- 2 cups whole milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine milk, sugar, and butter. Stir until fully blended. Gradually add flour while stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly, then scoop and roll into small balls. Coat each Milk Snowball in shredded coconut or your preferred coating.
- Place Milk Snowballs on a lined tray and allow to set at room temperature. Serve once firm, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
