Description

Million Dollar Deviled Eggs are creamy, tangy, and visually stunning appetizers. Perfect for parties, holiday spreads, or family gatherings, they are easy to make yet impress every guest.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar or pickle juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: ½ tsp sugar or honey
  • Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp turkey bacon crumbles

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil eggs and transfer to ice bath; peel when cooled.
  2. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and optional cream cheese. Season to taste.
  3. Pipe or spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
  4. Garnish with paprika, chives, and turkey bacon crumbles. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
