Description
Delicious mini grilled cheese sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls and gooey melted cheese, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices of cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite melting cheese)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without fully separating them.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If using, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, dried parsley, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Brush this mixture evenly over the cut sides of the top halves of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual servings.
Notes
These rolls can be tailored with different cheeses, plant-based butter, and various herbs. Perfect pairing with tomato soup or salad.
