2 large eggs

¼ cup fresh or thawed blueberries

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease.
Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until smooth.
Mix in cheese, almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Gently fold in blueberries.
