- 10 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, then cook mushrooms until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and reserve ½ cup pasta water. Toss spaghetti with mushrooms and garlic, adding reserved water for a silky sauce.
- Plate and garnish with Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
