Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 10 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, then cook mushrooms until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and reserve ½ cup pasta water. Toss spaghetti with mushrooms and garlic, adding reserved water for a silky sauce.
  3. Plate and garnish with Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
