A quick and savory Mushroom Frittata made with eggs, sautéed mushrooms, and melty cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (button or cremini)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or unsalted butter
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup diced onion (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté mushrooms (and onions if using) in olive oil/butter until soft and lightly browned. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour eggs over mushrooms in skillet. Cook on low heat for 8–10 minutes until edges are set. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until set.
- Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes to brown top. Slice and serve hot or warm.
