1 cup cold water or coconut water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chia seeds (pre-soaked)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Drop of stevia or monk fruit (optional)
Instructions
Soak chia seeds in water for 5–10 minutes.
Add lemon juice, ACV, ginger, and cinnamon.
Stir well or shake. Drink slowly.
