Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (pre-soaked)

  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

  • Drop of stevia or monk fruit (optional)


Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in water for 5–10 minutes.

  • Add lemon juice, ACV, ginger, and cinnamon.

  • Stir well or shake. Drink slowly.
