¾ cup (180ml) heavy cream
1 Tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
⅓ cup (67g) sugar
Instructions
1- Put cream cheese to a large bowl and microwave for 10 seconds.
2- Stir in the sugar, then slowly add the milk and heavy cream, stirring until fully combined.
3- Pour the vanilla ice cream mixture into your Ninja Creami pint, place the lid on, and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
4- To process, remove pint container from freezer, take off the lid, and follow the quick start guide for assembly and set up instructions. Then press the ice cream button.
5- When it has finished processing, check and re-spin if needed. Then remove from machine, scoop out of pint, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Let it freeze for 24 hours. The ice cream base must be fully frozen to process correctly.
- If like me, you don’t like waiting, then prep and freeze more than one pint at a time.
- If your ice cream is not smooth enough, use the re-spin function. If it’s still not the right texture, simply add a splash of cream or milk and re-spin again.
- You can add more or less sugar depending on your taste.
- If you plan to add mix-ins, chill in advance for the best results.
