Ingredients
- Fresh large strawberries – 20-24 berries
- Oreo cookies – 15 cookies
- Cream cheese, softened – 4 oz
- White chocolate chips – 1 cup
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips – ½ cup (optional)
- Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
- Mini Oreo cookies for garnish – As needed
Instructions
- 1. Wash strawberries and pat completely dry, then remove stems and hollow out centers using a paring knife or strawberry huller, being careful not to pierce through the bottom.
- 2. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
- 3. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in crushed Oreos until well combined and smooth.
- 4. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe generously into each hollowed strawberry, mounding slightly above the top.
- 5. Place filled strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- 6. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- 7. Dip each chilled strawberry into melted chocolate, covering the filling completely and allowing excess to drip off.
- 8. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with crushed mini Oreo pieces and add optional semi-sweet chocolate drizzle.
- 9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chocolate is completely set before serving.
