Description

Decadent fresh strawberries filled with creamy Oreo truffle mixture and coated in smooth white chocolate for an irresistible dessert that looks as amazing as it tastes.


Ingredients

  • Fresh large strawberries – 20-24 berries
  • Oreo cookies – 15 cookies
  • Cream cheese, softened – 4 oz
  • White chocolate chips – 1 cup
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips – ½ cup (optional)
  • Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Mini Oreo cookies for garnish – As needed

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash strawberries and pat completely dry, then remove stems and hollow out centers using a paring knife or strawberry huller, being careful not to pierce through the bottom.
  2. 2. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
  3. 3. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in crushed Oreos until well combined and smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe generously into each hollowed strawberry, mounding slightly above the top.
  5. 5. Place filled strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. 6. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. 7. Dip each chilled strawberry into melted chocolate, covering the filling completely and allowing excess to drip off.
  8. 8. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with crushed mini Oreo pieces and add optional semi-sweet chocolate drizzle.
  9. 9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chocolate is completely set before serving.

Notes
