  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Pat tilapia fillets dry and place them in the dish.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Brush garlic butter generously over tilapia fillets.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Serve with your favorite sides.Tips: Don’t overcook the fillets, try adding herbs or a sprinkle of Parmesan for variation, and always pat fish dry before baking for best results.
