- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat tilapia fillets dry and place them in the dish.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, add garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Brush garlic butter generously over tilapia fillets.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
