- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grab a baking dish and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish, ensuring even spacing.
- Brush the mixed seasoning evenly over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
Notes
For a different flavor, try lime zest instead of lemon. You can also use melted butter or avocado oil instead of olive oil.
