Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grab a baking dish and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  3. Mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish, ensuring even spacing.
  5. Brush the mixed seasoning evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.

Notes

For a different flavor, try lime zest instead of lemon. You can also use melted butter or avocado oil instead of olive oil.
