A creamy, flavorful Cajun-inspired pasta with succulent shrimp and sautéed vegetables. Perfect for cozy dinners or family meals.

- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp with Cajun seasoning in olive oil until pink. Remove shrimp.
- Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic in butter until tender.
- Add heavy cream, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
- Return shrimp and toss with pasta. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
