- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 12–15 mini cupcake liners
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and spoon into liners; chill 10–15 minutes.
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla. Spoon on top of chocolate layer and flatten.
- Melt remaining chocolate and pour over peanut butter. Chill 30–40 minutes until set.
