Description

These Peanut Butter Eggs are creamy peanut butter treats coated in smooth chocolate. Easy to make, beginner-friendly, and perfect for gifting, family gatherings, or holiday treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth and firm.
  2. Shape mixture into small egg shapes and chill on parchment paper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then dip chilled eggs fully, letting excess chocolate drip off. Chill 15–20 minutes until set.

Notes

  • For extra flair, drizzle white chocolate or sprinkle crushed nuts on top after coating.
