These Peanut Butter Eggs are creamy peanut butter treats coated in smooth chocolate. Easy to make, beginner-friendly, and perfect for gifting, family gatherings, or holiday treats.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth and firm.
- Shape mixture into small egg shapes and chill on parchment paper for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then dip chilled eggs fully, letting excess chocolate drip off. Chill 15–20 minutes until set.
Notes
- For extra flair, drizzle white chocolate or sprinkle crushed nuts on top after coating.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.
