Description

Chewy, sweet Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats made with marshmallows, crispy cereal, and creamy peanut butter. Quick, easy, and no-bake!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, sprinkles, or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallows, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in rice cereal. Add optional mix-ins if desired.
  3. Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Cool 30–60 minutes until set. Cut into squares and serve.
  4. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer.
