Chewy, sweet Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats made with marshmallows, crispy cereal, and creamy peanut butter. Quick, easy, and no-bake!

- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, sprinkles, or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallows, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Remove from heat and fold in rice cereal. Add optional mix-ins if desired.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Cool 30–60 minutes until set. Cut into squares and serve.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer.

- Use gluten-free rice cereal for a gluten-free treat.
- Natural peanut butter may result in slightly softer treats.
