A classic Philly Cheesesteak recipe with thinly sliced beef, melted cheese, and sautéed vegetables served on a toasted hoagie roll. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or gatherings.

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4–6 slices provolone or American cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté vegetables in butter until soft and caramelized.
- Cook beef in vegetable oil until browned and juicy.
- Melt cheese over beef, combine with vegetables.
- Toast hoagie rolls and assemble sandwich. Serve immediately.
