2 cups water
1 cup kosher salt
Fresh dill, garlic, cucumbers
Instructions
Mix vinegar, water, and salt (321 rule) to create brine.
Add dill and garlic to sterilized jars.
Pack cucumbers, pour brine to cover, and seal.
Refrigerate for 24–48 hours for flavor to develop.
