Ingredients
Scale
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
12–16 oz warm water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Warm the water (not boiling).
Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and optional ingredients.
Mix well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
