Ingredients
Warm water (1 glass (8–12 oz) )
Pink Himalayan salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon) (opt.)
Instructions
Warm the water until it’s comfortably hot, not boiling.
Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
Mix in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Stir well and drink on an empty stomach.
