Pink Himalayan salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon) (opt.)


Instructions

  • Warm the water until it’s comfortably hot, not boiling.

  • Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.

  • Mix in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.

  • Stir well and drink on an empty stomach.
