Ingredients

8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
¾ cup roasted pistachios (unsalted, chopped)
2 tbsp tahini (optional)
½ tsp flaky sea salt
1 tbsp dried rose petals or zest (optional)
Instructions
Line a dish with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in intervals.
Stir in tahini and half the pistachios.
Pour into tray, top with remaining pistachios and sea salt.
Chill for 1–2 hours, then slice or break into pieces.
