- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- ½ cup softened butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Cream butter with sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Whisk together flour, pistachio pudding mix, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients. Fold in optional mix-ins.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Portion dough into balls and place on lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
