Instructions

  • Mix warm water, yeast, and olive oil in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to activate.

  • Add gluten free flour and salt, mixing until dough forms.

  • Knead lightly, then let rest for 30 minutes.

  • Pre-bake crust at 425°F for 8–10 minutes.

  • Add toppings and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden.
