Rich and creamy Radiatore Pasta in Creamy Sauce made with simple ingredients. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners or cozy meals.

- 12 oz radiatore pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Optional: mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, cooked chicken, shrimp (½–1 cup)
Instructions
- Boil pasta until al dente; drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add cream and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta into sauce, add optional ingredients, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water. Serve hot garnished with parsley.
