Description

Rich and creamy Radiatore Pasta in Creamy Sauce made with simple ingredients. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners or cozy meals.


Ingredients

  1. 12 oz radiatore pasta
  2. 3 tbsp butter
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 cup heavy cream
  5. 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. ½ tsp black pepper
  8. 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  9. Optional: mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, cooked chicken, shrimp (½–1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until al dente; drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add cream and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss pasta into sauce, add optional ingredients, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water. Serve hot garnished with parsley.
