Instructions
- Start by prepping your ingredients. Drain and slice the pepperoncini peppers before measuring out your chicken broth and ranch seasoning.
- In a large slow cooker, drizzle the olive oil to coat the bottom and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the oil.
- Next, place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker without browning them.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Add the sliced pepperoncini peppers and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 240 minutes or high for 120 minutes. Alternatively, transfer to a baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 375°F for 45-60 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F), shred or slice it in the pot for maximum flavor absorption.
- Finally, serve it hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
