- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 cups sparkling white grape juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
- Ice cubes as needed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Muddle raspberries with lemon juice and sugar in a medium bowl until juices release.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the raspberry mixture evenly into each.
- Slowly add sparkling white grape juice and stir gently. Garnish with fresh raspberries or mint. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Frozen raspberries can be used if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Prepare the raspberry base up to 24 hours ahead, adding sparkling juice just before serving to maintain bubbles.
