Description

A juicy, flavorful Roasted Citrus Herb Turkey Breast infused with fresh citrus and aromatic herbs. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, it pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, potatoes, and fresh salads for a memorable meal


Ingredients

  • 35 lb turkey breast, bone-in or boneless
  • 23 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
  • Optional: citrus slices and herb sprigs for roasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat turkey breast dry.
  2. Mix olive oil or butter with garlic, citrus zest, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub evenly over turkey, including under the skin.
  3. Place turkey in a roasting pan. Squeeze citrus juice over it. Add citrus slices and herb sprigs if desired.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting occasionally.
  5. Remove from oven, tent with foil, and rest for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Slice against the grain and serve with pan juices or a light citrus-herb sauce.
