Description

A creamy, smoky roasted red pepper aioli that elevates sandwiches, roasted vegetables, and grilled dishes. Easy to make at home with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers (fresh or jarred, drained)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast red peppers until charred, then peel and remove seeds.
  2. Blend roasted peppers, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Adjust thickness with water or olive oil, chill at least 30 minutes, and serve.
