- 2 sheets puff pastry (8 oz each), thawed
- 6 oz salami (beef or turkey), thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry sheets into 10×12 inch rectangles.
- Spread cream cheese, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each sheet. Arrange salami slices on top, leaving a border. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian herbs, and black pepper.
- Roll the pastry into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
