- 2 links kielbasa sausage (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice kielbasa links into 1–1.5 inch pieces.
- Make thin Hasselback slices across each piece, stopping just before cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or spoon the glaze into each slice and over the top.
- Bake on the prepared sheet for 15–20 minutes until edges are caramelized and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
