Ingredients

  • 2 links kielbasa sausage (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice kielbasa links into 1–1.5 inch pieces.
  3. Make thin Hasselback slices across each piece, stopping just before cutting all the way through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush or spoon the glaze into each slice and over the top.
  6. Bake on the prepared sheet for 15–20 minutes until edges are caramelized and slightly crispy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
