- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

- Sear scallops 2–3 minutes per side; transfer to plate.

- Return scallops; spoon sauce over and warm through.
