A creamy, tangy, and tender chicken dish made in the slow cooker. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

- 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning
- 4–6 pepperoncini peppers + juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
- Optional: carrots, potatoes, bell peppers
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry, season with ranch and garlic powder. Layer butter on top, add pepperoncini and juice.
- Place in slow cooker. Cook low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours. Stir occasionally if desired.
- Taste and season with pepper. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables, spooning sauce on top.

- Adjust pepperoncini juice for milder or spicier flavor.
- Add vegetables for a one-pot meal.
