Description

A creamy, tangy, and tender chicken dish made in the slow cooker. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 46 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning
  • 46 pepperoncini peppers + juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
  • Optional: carrots, potatoes, bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry, season with ranch and garlic powder. Layer butter on top, add pepperoncini and juice.
  2. Place in slow cooker. Cook low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours. Stir occasionally if desired.
  3. Taste and season with pepper. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables, spooning sauce on top.

  • Adjust pepperoncini juice for milder or spicier flavor.
  • Add vegetables for a one-pot meal.
