Description

Smash Burger Bowl is a juicy, low carb cheeseburger bowl packed with crispy ground beef, fresh toppings, and creamy burger sauce. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners or meal prep lunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup sliced pickles

Burger Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium-high. Divide beef into 4 balls, place on skillet, and smash flat. Season and cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create burger sauce.
  3. Assemble Smash Burger Bowl with lettuce base, crispy beef, cheese, fresh toppings, and drizzle with sauce.
