- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup sliced pickles
Burger Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium-high. Divide beef into 4 balls, place on skillet, and smash flat. Season and cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create burger sauce.
- Assemble Smash Burger Bowl with lettuce base, crispy beef, cheese, fresh toppings, and drizzle with sauce.
