- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sourdough starter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Prepare brownie base by combining melted butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and cocoa powder.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sourdough starter, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over brownie base.
- Swirl cheesecake mixture gently into the brownie base. Bake 35–40 minutes, cool completely, then chill for at least 1 hour before slicing.

- Substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese for lighter texture.
