- 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 14 oz artichoke hearts (canned or jarred, drained & chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for sautéing spinach)
Optional Add-Ins:
- Red pepper flakes
- Chopped green onions
- Crumbled cooked turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté fresh spinach in olive oil or butter until wilted; drain if using frozen spinach.
- Chop and drain artichoke hearts. Combine with sautéed spinach.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in ¾ of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix in the spinach and artichoke mixture until evenly combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dippers.
