Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, baking powder) in a bowl. In another bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, olive oil, and water. Mix wet into dry until dough forms. Knead lightly for 3–4 minutes.
- Divide dough into 6–8 portions, shape into ovals, and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until tops are lightly golden. Cool slightly and serve warm.
