- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: onions, garlic, bell peppers, or herbs
Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet. Sauté onions and garlic, then add spinach until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Pour over sautéed spinach, stir gently.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until center is set and lightly golden. Slice and serve warm.
