Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: onions, garlic, bell peppers, or herbs

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet. Sauté onions and garlic, then add spinach until wilted.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Pour over sautéed spinach, stir gently.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until center is set and lightly golden. Slice and serve warm.
