Ingredients

2 ribeye steaks
4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
Optional: garlic, herbs, gravy
Instructions
Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
Mash with butter, cream, and seasonings.
Sear steak to preferred doneness.
Plate mashed potatoes and top with sliced steak.
Drizzle with sauce or garnish with herbs.
