- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper; toss wings in marinade. Refrigerate 30 min–8 hours.
- Simmer Coca Cola, brown sugar, and honey in a saucepan until sticky, about 10–15 min.
- Oven: Preheat 400°F, bake wings 35–40 min on a wire rack, brushing with glaze halfway.
- Pan-Fry: Heat oil, fry wings 8–10 min per side, then toss in glaze.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
