- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- Optional cilantro and lime juice for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting into strips. Coat with the egg wash and flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken strips in hot oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Make the honey butter sauce by melting butter and adding honey and brown sugar. Drizzle over the chicken.
- Prepare the creamy chili dip by mixing cream cheese, sour cream, and chili powder.
