- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Toppings: Sliced almonds, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, extra berries
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, salt, and chia seeds in a bowl. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped strawberries or layer them on top. Add optional toppings.
- Transfer to jars, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with extra fruit if desired.
