Description

A creamy, fruity, and easy-to-make breakfast ready in minutes. Perfect for busy mornings and customizable with toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Toppings: Sliced almonds, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, extra berries

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, salt, and chia seeds in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Fold in chopped strawberries or layer them on top. Add optional toppings.
  3. Transfer to jars, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with extra fruit if desired.
