- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix butter and sugar, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients separately and mix into wet ingredients gently.
- Fold in strawberries, pour batter into pan, and bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Cool, slice, and serve.
