Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix butter and sugar, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients separately and mix into wet ingredients gently.
